Custom-Made Products:
- All items available at Flexi Walls are custom-made and tailored to each customer's specifications.

No Returns or Exchanges:
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for you, making it unique and not resalable.

Quality Guarantee:
- We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order does not meet the agreed specifications or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order at Shopflexiwalls@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and strive to provide a suitable solution, such as a repair, remake, or adjustment, at our discretion.

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 3 (three) hours of placement, as our production process commences shortly after the order is confirmed. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Shopflexiwalls@gmail.com

Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 (seven) of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Changes to Orders:
- We understand that you might need to make changes to your order. Please contact us within 3 (three) hours of placing your order for any modifications. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this timeframe as the production process may already be underway.
